The field trip in a box, sized for a whole room.

The same kit that retails at $19.99, priced for classrooms. Every student gets their own — six Digs, six real specimens, six Gemlings, six trading cards and the Realm map.

$15 per student. 15-student minimum ($225). Set the quantity to your headcount.

What each student gets

  • Six Digs — one-inch clamshells with the specimen name hidden under a scratch-off, and every one arrives empty
  • Six real specimens in a six-compartment tray
  • Six 3D-printed Gemlings in a blind bag — three standard, one silk, one metallic, one that glows
  • Six trading cards, one per Gemling
  • A map of the Realm, carrying its hero Gemling
  • Dig stick, wet wipe, canvas bag

How the lesson runs

Students play the free online adventure first — no logins, no accounts, no setup. Then they open the kit and find every Dig empty, because a Grumblie got there ahead of them.

They find the real specimens, scratch the labels to learn what they're holding, load each Dig, and match every Gemling to its stone. Nobody completes a set alone, so the last stretch of the lesson is a room full of children trading.

Why teachers use it

  • No prep. It arrives ready to hand out.
  • No logins. No student accounts, no dashboard, no IT ticket.
  • Real specimens. Actual rocks, minerals and fossils with actual names.
  • Standards-aligned. Built to NGSS, and each adventure says which ones.
  • Flexible. One Dig per lesson, all six as an excavation event, or as centers.

Before you buy

The 120 online adventures are free forever. This is the half you can hold.
