Are the online Science Field Trips really free?
Yes. All 36 online Adventures are free forever, with instant access. You never need to buy anything, join a campaign or earn access.
How does our group earn free student Dig Kits?
Every $10 spent on qualifying merchandise through your campaign earns one free student Dig Kit. We help set a goal of at least 10 kits and confirm full program terms with your organization before launch.
Does the same $10 rule apply to physical field trips?
No. For Explore, choose your field trip and we create a community goal for that experience. When the goal is reached, we provide the experience free. We confirm the format and availability with your organization.
Can a parent introduce a school or group?
Absolutely. You do not need to run the organization. Send the introduction and we help with the next step. Campaign participation and the kickoff certificate are verified with the organization.
Do we have to collect money or deliver orders?
No. Excavating Adventures builds the campaign page, supplies sharing materials, processes customer orders and ships purchases directly to families. Your part is sharing the adventure.
