We turn your gym into a dig site for a day.
Inflatable excavation structures, six themed stations, projection running the whole room, and Ari Raider setting the challenge before anyone picks up a tool.
Every child leaves with the complete Adventure Kit - six Digs, six real specimens, six Gemlings in a blind bag, six matching trading cards and the Realm map. Not a goody bag. The whole thing.
What it costs
$795 booking/setup fee + $15 per participating student. 60-student minimum - minimum booking $1,695.
The booking fee covers the day, not the session - so the more of the day you fill, the less each child costs:
| Students | Sessions | Total | Per student |
|---|---|---|---|
| 60 (minimum) | 2 | $1,695 | $28.25 |
| 108 | 3 | $2,415 | $22.36 |
| 144 | 4 | $2,955 | $20.52 |
| 216 (full day) | 6 | $4,035 | $18.68 |
A full day works out at less than nineteen dollars a child, and every one of them takes a kit home.
Capacity: up to six sessions per day, 36 students per session.
How the day runs
Prepare in class with free science resources. In the free Online Adventure, students apply their knowledge, complete science challenges and drive off the Grumbly.
- 01 DISCOVER: dig and uncover the missing specimens at the themed stations.
- 02 IDENTIFY: use science knowledge and specimen identification cards to determine what you found.
- 03 COLLECT: keep the real specimens and collectible Gemlings.
What we need from you
- A gym or similar open space
- Access to power
- A confirmed date and headcount
We bring everything else.
Who usually pays
Most days are funded by the PTA or PTO directly, out of the budget they already hold. Some schools use activity or enrichment funds, and some split it across grade levels. We take purchase orders - email info@excavatingadventures.com with your headcount and billing contact.
Verified elementary-school PTAs and PTOs can request a free Adventure Kit certificate through the Free PTA Program. We verify school and PTA/PTO information before following up with certificate details.
We are developing a school give-back program so purchases connected to participating schools can help those schools earn free Excavating Adventures kits. The earning rate and fulfillment terms are being confirmed. Ask us for the current approved details before sharing an offer with families.
