Fitness Forge at Olympic Museum
PE: Fitness & Heart Health Adventure Pack
Inside the Olympic Museum, training systems are out of sync. Heart rate monitors are flashing inconsistent readings. Warm-up schedules are missing. Hydration stations are empty. Ari Raider has detected a disruption in the fitness network. If explorers cannot restore balance to the training plan, performance and heart health could suffer.
In Fitness Forge at Olympic Museum, students ride the Training Track Tram into a high-energy mission focused on healthy movement. To bring the system back online, explorers must understand heart rate, build endurance, strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and practice balance. By learning proper warm-up and cool-down routines, setting goals, and recognizing the importance of hydration, students restore a safe and effective training environment.
This adventure blends physical education fundamentals with health awareness and goal-setting skills.
