A severe geological disturbance linked to Yosemite National Park has destabilized the land beneath the surface.

The disturbance has displaced deep rock layers beneath the park, forcing an ancient inner stone system upward and overwriting the familiar surface environment. What remains is no longer recognizable as Yosemite. Forests, cliffs, and valleys have been replaced by a distorted stone labyrinth where landform systems are spiraling out of balance. Rock walls are cracking, arches are weakening, sand is shifting too fast, and underground passages are collapsing.

Ari Raider has dispatched the Landlings to assist with the mission. Evidence shows the Professor exploited this upheaval, accessing the exposed stone systems and concealing a powerful specimen inside a sealed Mystery Mine, further destabilizing Earth’s land shaping forces.

In Lost in the Stone Maze, students journey alongside the Landlings on a high stakes escape room style mission through erosion corridors, volcanic chambers, desert dunes, and deep Earth passages. From erosion and weathering to mountains, volcanoes, glaciers, and continental drift, explorers must use real geography knowledge to restore balance, secure unstable passages, locate the hidden Mystery Mine, and recover the missing specimen.
