What counts toward our free kits?
Qualifying sales are eligible Adventure Kit purchases through your registered school link, after discounts. Tax, shipping and refunded eligible merchandise do not count. Every $10 earns one individual student dig kit. Smaller amounts carry within the same campaign: $24.99 counts as two kits plus $4.99 toward the next kit.
How many students can participate?
We agree your participating group and student count upfront, with a minimum of 15 students. The campaign must cover every student in that agreed group before the school kits can ship.
When do school kits ship?
After the campaign ends, when every student in the agreed group is covered and school and delivery details are verified. EA covers one standard US shipment per completed campaign. Coverage and fulfillment are not guaranteed.
What happens if a family order is refunded?
Refunds reduce unshipped campaign credit. Adjustments affecting kits already shipped receive manual review, with no automatic billing or returns.
Do we have to share our parent list?
No. We provide the email and materials; your PTA or PTO sends the message through its own school-approved email process. Your parent list stays with you.
Is this the school event certificate?
This is the optional school-kit earning campaign. The existing school event certificate program is a separate offer.
